Chef Dan Robison
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa, my passion for cooking began at an early age. This passion led me to graduate from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and build a career spanning more than 15 years in the fine dining industry.
Throughout my career, I have traveled to over 20 countries, exploring local markets, learning regional techniques, and experiencing the traditions that make every cuisine unique. These experiences inspire my cooking, as I blend classical French techniques with flavors and influences from around the world.
Whether I'm preparing intimate private dinner parties, designing personalized meal prep services, teaching hands-on cooking classes, or catering a special celebration, every menu is thoughtfully crafted with the highest quality seasonal ingredients, refined techniques, and genuine hospitality.
