Chef Dan Robison
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa. My passion of cooking began at an early age. That passion led me to graduate from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary institute and build a career spanning more than 15 years in the fine dining industry.
Throughout my career, I have traveled to more than 20 countries, exploring local markets, learning regional techniques, and experiencing the traditions that make every cuisine unique. Those experiences continue to inspire my cooking while blending classical french techniques with flavors and influences from around the world.
Whether I'm preparing an intimate private dinner, designing personalized meal plans, teaching hands-on cooking classes or catering a special celebration. Every menu is thoughtfully crafted with the highest quality seasonal ingredients, refined techniques and genuine hospitality.
